Refund policy

We accept returns of unworn clothing with original tags, SKU sticker and garment packaging within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. Only US orders are eligible for returns, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@amieofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and Return Authorization number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
